   FANTASTIC! I was running FF 1.0.7, had uploaded all my bookmarks, then wiped my whole system and installed a fresh copy of FF 1.5… only to discover I now could not retrieve my bookmarks. It was in a state of neat panic that I arrived at your site to find exactly the solution I needed – my favorite plugin compatible for the latest version of Firefox. Thanks for finding this, and take the time to not only post it, but to mirror the extension as well. You’re a lifesaver!

   This is great however it breaks in the latest 1.5.0.1 release. Any estimate as to when an update could be available? Cheers.

   ack! yes great work, but please (someone anyone! :) add support for 1.5.0.1… altho WTF why is this supposedly ‘minor’ FF update breaking extensions and making them imcompatible???? :(

   Has anyone found a working version of “favorites converter” plugin? It is made by the same author who has made bookmarks synchronizer and transfers the bookmarks from Firefox to IE (and Windows’s bookmark menu). I think this plugin worked only with Firefox versions

   do you know a working file for FF 1.5.0.3 ?
   The trick with “rename” the string didn’t work.. And I didn’t find an other file in the web..

    @chrissy: no, not yet … i’m currenly in holidays and will upgrade my fox when i’m back in june. i hope i’ll find a way to use this extension with FF 1.5.0.3
